GAO Member Clubs are invited to submit Shoot Your Age Certificates requests online. If a member or guest (individual must be a GAO member) achieves the feat of shooting their age at your club please complete the certificate and hat request form below. (Note all submissions must be attested by a Club Official).

Once your request is received and verified, Shoot Your Age certificate and hat will be sent to the Member Club for distribution.
